The Goal Isn't Money

I hear time and time again-

"If I just had x amount of money..."

and

"I picture an abundance of money showing up..."

While this is a totally understandable goal in our time of the world, its still very far from whats most important. And can actually lead to furthering you from whats most important.

Hear me out;

It is not Money that you actually seek.

It is not Money that will make your life easier.

It is not Money that will quicken your progress.

It is not Money that will enhance your abilities.

It is not Money that will grant you more time.

It is not Money that will grow your home.

We give so much credit to Money, that we lose sight in what we truly desire.

When you have Money, it tends to go in all the "right places" at the time. Yet seems to be debated, when in your hands; what it is to be used for.

You may have a goal for $50,000, because of all the logical places it could go to "fix" your situation. Yet the fixing of your situation should be the priority.

Hear me out...

Yes, a step that we take to reaching that goal, may be to aquire more money... but is it really the only step?

It actually is one of the Easiest ways, which is why our brains go immediately to "Money! Money is the answer!"

However there are Other (and more abundant) resources out there, that our brains don't want to think about, because it takes a bit more effort on our part.

To name a few:

People- we either get scared and run away from the thought of others or we start focusing so much on what others think that we self sabotage one of our largest resources on this planet.

Your Voice- we silence ourselves or choose not to share our story because of validation, credibility, worthiness, and so forth

Your abilities- the talents and gifts we are passionate about, yet hide deep down because "Life hits" or "reality check!" Or whatever excuses we bring up because we are afraid to act in a world full of beautiful creative souls.

When you focus so much on becoming the next millionaire and less on the WHY, you start to lose sight in whats most important in this life. Priorities need to shift. People, gifts, and your voice matter.

It isn't $50,000 thats going to shift your world around. Its YOU and your Relationship with others.
