This is One of my Favorite teas EVER!

As a Mama of 5 Beautiful and Healthy boys, I can confirm, this is my go-to tea! It tastes amazing and is So wonderful for my Mama body, and my health. Some of the Vitamins & benefits it's known for, and that I have experienced are:

  • Vitamin B6, C, & E

  • Potassium

  • Strengthens the Uterus

  • Reduces Cramping

  • Improves Labor Outcome

I Drink Red Raspberry Leaf Tea Religiously, throughout each of my pregnancies since 2013. And I have started drinking it routinely for my overall health post-partum.

Above pictured, are 4 big mason jars of Red Raspberry Leaf Tea, that I made for myself and cooled down I was in my last Trimester with my 5th Son, and I wanted to prepare myself to not be without!

2 days worth of Tea right there!

There are too many blessings, miracles and positive effects this tea has had on me and my pregnancy/labor experiences to ever decide to stop.


Ingredients to make this tea:

  • Red Raspberry leaf

  • Water

  • *Raw Honey (Optional)

I am not a person who likes honey in my teas. Though my husband is ALL About the Honey, So I'll add that ingredient in there for any mama's who are like Him.


Instructions:

  1. 1 tbsp of dried red raspberry leaves steeped in hot water for approx. 5 min

  2. drink when hot, or wait until it's cooled down (MY Favorite) and add some ice!

Red Raspberry Leaf Tea can be refrigerated for up to 48 hours
